FAQ's How far in advance can I book? You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance. How do I know if my booking has been confirmed? When you make a booking, you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email. You will receive your confirmation email within 24hrs of making your reservation. Is my booking guaranteed? Yes. Your credit card or debit card details provided at the time of booking guarantees your booking. I want to make a booking for one night, but the website only has availability if I select to stay longer? This will be due to a minimum restriction of nights available for the dates that you are enquiring about. Are the rates shown on this website per person or per room? The rates that are advertised are the rates per apartment per night. They all include VAT. I haven’t received my email confirmation. What should I do? Please ensure that you have checked the spam filter, if its not there please send us an email with your reservation number, name and date of stay to email@example.com. What’s the difference between Flexible rate and Non-refundable rate? The flexible rate enables you to modify (e.g. change the date of a booking) or cancel it for free up to 24 hours before arrival. The non-refundable rate is non-changeable, and the full rate will be charged in case of cancellation. When are these rates available? As a dynamic pricing model is used at the property the rates vary depending on the occupancy. They may change between hours. Are the rates shown on this website per person or per apartment? The rates that are advertised are the rates per apartment per night. They all include VAT. Can I pay when I arrive at the apartment? Unfortunately, as we operate a contactless check-in, we can only accept card payments taken directly via the online booking system or via a payment link before your stay. Do you hold any rooms back for telephone bookings? This will need to be arranged individually on a case by case basis. How do I cancel my booking? The ability to cancel your booking will depend on the terms of the rate that you have booked. To cancel any bookings, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reservation number, full name and date of the stay. How do I know that my cancellation was successful? You will received an email confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. How long will it take for my refund to be processed? We will cancel your booking immediately and process the refund. Depending on your card issuer, it may take several days for the funds to reach your account. Can I bring my pet to an Urban Creation property? This will need to be arranged individually on a case by case basis. Do you have any smoking apartments? No. We have a strict non-smoking policy at the property. All of our apartments and properties are non-smoking. Can I smoke electronic cigarettes in the apartments? No. We have a strict non-smoking policy at the property. All of our apartments and properties are non-smoking. What will I find in apartment? Each apartment is fully equipped with double beds, sofas, TVs and fully fitted kitchens. Bedding, towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc are all also included. Please contact us directly if you look for anything particular. Does Urban Creation offer free Wi-Fi? Yes. The details about how to access the free Wi-Fi are provided in the booklets provided in all of our apartments. Do the rooms have air conditioning? Due to the age of the buildings we have been unable to install air-conditioning. Are travel adaptors for electrical devices provided? Unfortunately, we do not provide these in our apartments. What TV channels can I get at Urban Creation? Freeview channels are available on the TV’s within our apartments. How often are your rooms cleaned? We provide weekly service for free. An extra service can be arranged for an additional charge. Are there phones in your rooms? We do not have landlines in our apartments. Does Urban Creation provide luggage room facilities? We have limited storage available in the properties. However, if you would like to leave your luggage please contact us and we will be able to advise if this would be available. Does Urban Creation provide leisure facilities such as gym and swimming pool? We do not have these facilities at our properties. Bike Storage There are bike racks at the property which can be used for free. Are there any apartments with a balcony at the property? There are two 2-bedroom houses with balconies at the property. Is there a lift at the property? Unfortunately, we do not have a lift. Have you got a charging station for electric cars? Unfortunately, we do not have charging stations. There are two 2-bedroom houses with bath tubes and showers. In other types of apartments there are walk-in showers only.
