Charlotte’s Rise opens as serviced apartments for second year running

After the success of last summer, Charlotte’s Rise is once again being opened as serviced apartments.

Urban Creation is reopening its property, Charlotte’s Rise as serviced apartments after its trial run last year.

Predominantly student accommodation for most of the year, the property was left empty during the summer months, prompting the Bristol- based property developer to open it up. This, coupled with an increase in demand for private apartments during the pandemic, the decision to open these luxury apartments as serviced apartments was introduced in June 2021.

Christine Anderson, Operations and Revenue Manager said ‘We are pleased to be able to open Charlotte’s Rise again this year. After last year’s success and an abundance of happy guests, it seemed only natural to continue this into this year’s summer.’

The serviced apartment provider has also expanded their offering, with all three of the Charlotte Street properties being open to the public, as opposed to just number 15 that was open last year.

Opening to the public in June until September, Charlotte’s Rise is perfect for those after a historic property combined with contemporary and modern decor. With amazing views of Brandon Hill, the apartments are fully equipped with fully-fitted kitchens, double beds, en suite shower rooms and laundry facilities, making them perfect for all different types of stay.
