When looking for long-term accommodation (30 days or more), you may think your only choice is to rent or check-in to a hotel. But there’s another choice that many people overlook: long- term serviced apartments.
What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is fully furnished available for both short and long-term lets. These apartments provide guests with a range of home comforts such as sofas and TVs and provide hotel-like services, such as housekeeping, which are all provided within the overall rent price. They can also be booked on a night-by-night basis, or you can book them out for longer periods of time.

Location is important. And if you want to be in a city centre, chances are you are going to have to pay a premium for it. Serviced apartments however, enable you to stay in both central and fantastic areas for excellent prices meaning you can stay in areas you may not be able to afford if you were to rent there.
Security features
Something that is often overlooked is the importance of security. Whilst many standard rentals do not offer this, nor would you expect them to, serviced apartments normally offer 24/7 security and out of hours call-out services etc.
Luxury amenities
The things that come as standard in serviced apartments, are normally things you would deem as a luxury when you check out a rented property.
For instance, good quality appliances, parking, wifi and complimentary tea and coffee are all included in the rent price. Some serviced apartments even offer gym and spa facilities like saunas and hot tubs!
