Urban Creation to opens its doors to leisure guests from April

24th February 2021

The new lockdown roadmap released by the Government states that domestic overnight stays will be allowed in self-contained accommodation from the 12th April at the earliest.

In his statement to the House of Commons on the 22nd February, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the Government roadmap outlining how lockdown will be eased in England. The roadmap will be in four steps, with a minimum of five weeks between each step.

In step two, domestic overnight stays will be allowed in self contained accommodation, but only by members of the same household.

Bristol-based accommodation provider, Urban Creation, provides self contained apartments across the centre of the city. It’s fully equipped serviced apartments are based in Clifton, Bristol across three properties: Beech House, Alison Court and Charlotte’s Rise.

Beech House serviced apartments on St Paul’s Road were launched in November 2017 and are set in a stunning renovated Victorian Villa with period features throughout. These private apartments have retained their history and feature vintage and antique furniture throughout. Offering studio and one bedrooms, all apartments feature fitted kitchens, sofas, HD TVs, double beds and en suite shower rooms.

The 13 apartments at Alison Court provide modern city living within these stylish studio apartments. Situated within the quiet location on Apsley Road, these superior and standard studios offer modern living within a backdrop of colour and style.

The latest addition to the portfolio, Charlotte’s Rise, a Georgian Grade II listed building just off Park Street, is already home to many students during term time; but from the end of June Urban Creation is opening its doors during the summer months as a serviced apartment. With amazing views of Brandon Hill, these spacious one and two bedroom apartments are finished off to the high standard you would expect to see across all of Urban Creation’s properties.

Jonathan Brecknell, Director of Urban Creation said:
