Urban Creation welcomes new members of staff in serviced apartment restructure

Bristol UK, 21 September 2020

The serviced apartment business has recently appointed two new members of staff.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, Urban Creation has announced it has recently welcomed two new members of staff to deal with the demand for their services; which sees a major reshuffle in the team structure for the Bristol-based property developers.

Jonathan Brecknell, Director of Urban Creation said:

“This year has pushed us into finding new ways to utilise our apartments to keep up with the ever- changing demands of our customers and changing government guidelines. The reshuffle and change in staff structure has enabled us to effectively adapt, so that we can provide our guests with the best possible service during their stay”.

These two new appointments sees the introduction of Marina Bogdanova, a housekeeping supervisor to assist the recently appointed Kunka Kriviralcheva as head housekeeper. Regina Bogdanova has also been appointed as an apartment assistant across both the Serviced Apartment and Student Properties.

With the company’s continuation of growth, including the recent purchase of the 78 Park Street student scheme, the decision to create a new role that blends across the two arms of the business was made.

“We have continued to grow as a business, albeit in a different way to how we envisaged at the beginning of the year.  With our student portfolio continuing to grow we decided that a new role to assist this side of the business was necessary”.

Details of the staff are as follows:
