All three of Urban Creation’s serviced properties have been awarded the prestigious award.

Beech House, Alison Court and Charlotte’s Rise, Urban Creation’s leading serviced apartments, have all been awarded the booking.com Traveller Review Award 2022.

The leading travel reservation website run these awards every year to mark the achievements of service providers who have excelled in traveller’s expectations. The awards are based on reviews left by real customers and provide testament to the high quality services that the accommodation provides.

To win the Traveller Review Awards 2022, you need to have had an average review score between 8 and 10 with at least three reviews left by Booking.com travellers. Both Beech House and Alison Court scored 9 out of 10 with over 600 and 1000 reviews respectively. Charlotte’s Rise, which only opened its doors for the first time as serviced apartments during the summer months last year, scored an impressive 8.6 in it’s first year and is set to re open again this summer.

Christine Anderson, Urban Creation’s Operations and Revenue Manager said:
